- Check in after 1:00 p.m. check out by 11:00 a.m.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
- $3.00 for electric heater/air conditioner use per day.
- Monthly rates available (5-month minimum commitment for monthly rate from
May thru October).
- NO USPS MAIL DELIVERY- UPS, FED-X, and on trac accepted
- NO WOOD FIRES - Only charcoal or gas fires are allowed and then only if
there are no current county fire restrictions in place.
KEEPING UP APPEARANCES:
- The outside of your unit must be kept neat and clean at all times.
- No more than two vehicles per site (excluding trailer or motorhome.)
- Any storage units, carports, homemade (or prebuilt) structures must be approved by management prior to being put on your site.
- Flower gardens are OK if approved by management prior to planting.
- Management reserves the right to ask you to remove items that are deemed inappropriate.
- Rigs older than 10 years old must be pre-approved by management for monthly rentals.
- No outside hanging of laundry.
ELECTRIC:
- All monthly sites will be metered and billed for electricity.
- Electrical boxes that have both 50 amp and 30 amp electrical outlets are
intended for use of one or the other, meaning do not use both at the same
time.
- Absolutely no use of external freezers which were not an original part of your
manufactured RV.
- You may use one of the 120v outlets for your heat tape in the winter or for
charging your vehicle, but one outlet must be left open for use of the RV park
for plugging in heat tape for your water spigot.
SEPTIC AND WATER USAGE:
- We are on a septic system and water conservation is necessary for this area
- Any more than 2 people per RV site is $5.00 extra per day, even for monthly rentals.
- Use a bucket and sponge to wash your vehicles, not a hose.
- No USE OF WASHING MACHINES in your RV is permitted, we do have a laundromat
available in the park during the spring, summer, and fall.
- No hot tubs or pools are allowed, (yes this issue really has come up before.)
- No dump station. All sites have on site sewer except 12 and 15
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- No credit or refunds for early departure
- No refund due to inclement weather
- Early check in/ late check out based on availability
- NIGHTLY reservations must pay for stays of up to 6 nights up front
- Cancel 48 hours or more out get a full refund minus a $35 cancellation fee
- Cancel inside of 48 hours no refunds
- WEEKLY reservations must pay for 1st week in full to reserve, cancel 7 days or more out, get a full refund minus a $60 cancellation fee
- Reserve for more than one week no refund on first week paid.
- NO REFUNDS ON MONTHLY RESERVATIONS
PLEASE NOTE: This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The owner is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or loss/damage to ANY personal items. Management reserves the right to give notice to vacate at any time.
